Interjet is is a Mexican low-cost airline. Its headquarters are located in Lomas de Chapultepec, Miguel Hidalgo, in Mexico City, and it operates out of the Mexico City Airport as well as Toluca. The airline began operations on December 1, 2005.
Some of Interjet's special offerings include designated lavatories for women only on their planes, and live presentation of take-off and landing on-screen in the cabin for passengers.

Prices listed include taxes and fees. American Express, Visa and Master Card credit cards are accepted for payments. Payments may also be made with PayPal. Debit cards are not accepted.
In checked luggage, Interjet allows one checked bag per passenger on domestic flights and two checked bags for international flights. Bags may weigh up to 25 kg (55 pounds) each. There is a $5 USD fee per kilogram for excess weight, but Interjet may refuse to carry any bag that weighs in excess of 30 kg (60 pounds).
For carry-on luggage, Interjet allows two bags per passenger which may not exceed 10 kg (22 lbs) combined. Carry-on bags must fit under the seat in front of the passenger or in an available overhead compartment.

Interjet serves some 30 Mexican destinations including Acapulco, Aguascalientes, Cancun, Campeche, Chetumal, Chihuahua, Ciudad del Carmen, Ciudad Juárez, Ciudad Obregon, Cozumel, Culiacan, Guadalajara, Hermosillo, Huatulco, Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo, La Paz, Los Cabos, Manzanilla, Mazatlan, Merida, Minatitlan, Monterrey, Oaxaca, Poza Rica, Puebla, Puerto Vallarta, Reynosa, Tijuana, Torreon, Tuxtla Gutierrez, Veracruz, and Villahermosa.
Interjet's International Destinations:
Interjet offers international flights to a few destinations in the United States (San Antonio, Las Vegas, Orange County, Miami, New York), as well as to a few Latin American destinations outside of Mexico, including Guatemala City; Bogota, Colombia; San Jose, Costa Rica and Havana, Cuba.
According to Interjet's website, their fleet is comprised of 39 Airbus A320, latest generation aircraft, making it one of the youngest, most modern fleets among all Mexican carriers. The passenger cabins contain 150 seats, with a generous 34 inch pitch between seats, which is similar to what some other airlines offer in their first-class or business class cabins.
Interjet has a frequent flyer program called Club Interjet in which it rewards its members with cash instead of miles or kilometers. Members earn a 10% credit of the airfare cost in an electronic wallet which can be used to purchase more tickets or pay for services.
