Hotel Hacienda Los Laureles is located in San Felipe del Agua, which is about ten minutes drive north of the Oaxaca city center. This picturesque area has a small village feel to it. It is a distinct municipality, but is moments away from most of Oaxaca's attractions.
Hacienda Los Laureles is located one block north of the San Felipe del Agua church. It is easy to catch a bus or taxi from San Felipe del Agua to downtown Oaxaca. As you do, you will pass the old aqueduct, which brought water from San Felipe del Agua down to Oaxaca city and originally dates to the mid 18th century, and was in use until the 1940s.
