The CasaMagna Marriott Puerto Vallarta Resort and Spa is an upscale hotel that caters to families, couples, and groups. Located on a beach-front property in the Marina Vallarta, this hotel underwent a $10.7 million renovation project in 2008 in which all guestrooms and suites, common areas, banquet facilities, meeting rooms and the hotel’s main restaurant, La Estancia, were made over. This Puerto Vallarta hotel was chosen as Mexico and Central America's Leading Family Resort in the 2009 World Travel Awards.

The on-site Ohtli Spa is, at 22,000-square-feet, Puerto Vallarta's largest resort spa, and offers a complete range of treatments, as well as a fitness center with cardio and weight training equipment. The hotel also boasts two lighted tennis courts, three swimming pools, including an infinity oceanfront pool, and a Marriott Kids program for children aged 4 to 12. La Estancia is the resort's main restaurant, and underwent a 1.3 million dollar make-over during the 2008 renovations. The restaurant offers a varied menu with an emphasis on Mexican cuisine. La Estancia has a new wine cellar and an extensive wine list, as well as offering signature drinks made with CasaMagna's homegrown proprietary tequila. Private dining rooms are available for events.
