Today and on several upcoming Wednesdays, Mexico City will celebrate Noche de Museos, Museum Night. More than twenty museums in Mexico City will be participating in the events, remaining open from 7 to 10 p.m. most offering free admission and some will host special events such as guided tours and concerts. Trams will be available to transport museum-goers at a low cost, departing from the Palacio de Bellas Artes and making the rounds of the participating museums.

- Museo Nacional de Arte (National Art Museum)
- Museo de Arte Popular (Popular Art Museum)

Noche de Museos festivities will take place on the following Wednesdays: August 25, September 1 , 8, 22 and 29, October 27, November 3, 10, 17 and 24, December 1, 8 and 15. This is a great opportunity to enjoy Mexico City's numerous museums, and learn about Mexican history, art and culture.
