What a fascinating ritual! I’d love to see the fliers circling the pole, but I don’t want to see the first part where the guy stands on top of the pole with no safety measures. That would certainly make my stomach do flips in sympathy!

I think I’d be uncomfortable watching this live. I did enjoy reading about it though. It certainly is spectacular and they seem to have had plenty of practice and know what they are doing, but it just makes me queasy to see anyone spinning up side down at such a height.
