The Ik Kil Cenote, also known as the Blue Cenote, is located near Chichen Itza. It's the perfect place for a swim after visiting the archaeological site. What is a cenote?

Terri, there are steps leading down – I wouldn’t recommend jumping from the height this photo was taken at! – but once you get closer you can just jump right in.

Chichen Itza- The world famous archaeological zone in Mexico. A must visit place. And the picture looks really good. I wonder whether people are allowed to swim in here.
