I’m so hungry now! Have a wonderful WW!
very interesting shot – I wonder what it tastes like
what dish is that?
OK, I am officially hungry. This is one Mexican dish I’ve never tried, but it sounds delicious.
saint2 – It’s called Chile en Nogada. It’s a poblano chili stuffed with a mixture of meat, dried fruit and spices with a creamy walnut sauce. You can read more about it here: Chiles en Nogada.
Seeing the cuisine of a place is seeing its soul. Thanks for sharing!
Yum! That looks so good!
The pomegranate seeds are an interesting Central Asian twist, too!
Not only does it look tasty, but it’s very well garnished & presented. Great photo.
Yummy…. I’d like to try that, it looks so good.
I remember eating lots pomegranate seeds in Mexico! Looks delicoso!!
Oo! That definitely looks good enough to eat! Love the pomegranate seed garnish!
