Tips for Visiting Mexico's Archaeological Sites

Wednesday May 30, 2007
Some prefer to spend their time in Mexico lazing on the beach or shopping for handicrafts, personally, I would rather spend my time exploring Mexico's archaeological sites. Not that I don't enjoy those other activities, but Mexico's ancient sites are fascinating to me. They offer a glimpse into the lives of people who lived thousands of years ago. A visit to an archaeological site can allow the visitor to find out what is known about these ancient civilizations and ponder the mysteries of what remains unexplained.

There are a few things you should keep in mind when visiting archaeological sites in Mexico. Here are a few tips to help ensure your comfort and enjoyment while exploring these ancient sites.
