Learn Spanish in Mexico
Tuesday February 6, 2007
Besides Mexico's gorgeous beaches, beautiful colonial cities and fascinating archaeological sites, a great reason (or excuse, if you need one) to visit Mexico is to learn Spanish. There's no better way to learn than being completely immersed in the language, and while you're there you can enjoy all those other things that Mexico is famous for.

Thanks for the info. I’m learning Spanish so I need all the help I can get!
You’re welcome and good luck with the Spanish learning!
I agree that learning Spanish while being immersed in a Spanish speaking country is by far the best way to learn Spanish. And with Mexico’s proximity to the U.S. it is a logical choice, especially as one gets further into Mexico and away from the U.S. border. Do you have any similar advice about learning Spanish in Costa Rica?
Hi
Since buying a holiday home in Spain I visit at least 4 times a year. I have been learning spanish online for about 6 months now and I am starting to see steady progress. I am hoping to visit Mexico in the very near future.

As someone from the US who has lived and worked in Mexico for 18 years, I can agree with you 100%. There are many places to learn Spanish down here and it is a blast to live in. A very good option.
