Club Med Cancun Reopens
Monday November 13, 2006
The newly renovated Cancun Club Med reopened on November 11th after being closed for a year due to damage from Hurricane Wilma. The resort, which used to be adult-only, is now geared towards families and has great new programs for children of all age groups. The Cancun Club Med offers excursions, water sports and the Yucatan Discovery Center which allows for opportunities to learn about the area's history, culture and archaeology. If you book seven nights a complimentary excursion to the El Meco archaeological site is included in the package. Teresa Plowright, About's Guide to Travel with Kids brings you more information about the Cancun Yucatan Club Med.
